At Helix & Co we are proud to offer free shipping on every single order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times below refer to transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Ireland: 5–7 business days 

Europe: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs clearance delays which can extend overall delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays or order cancellation.

If our team detects an issue with your shipping address we will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details please email us at contact@helixco.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the necessary changes, however we cannot guarantee amendments can be made after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We know how important it is to receive your order on time and we do everything we can to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However there are occasions where delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control — including severe weather, transportation disruptions or courier delays.

If we become aware of any issue that may affect your delivery we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to resolve it. Please note that Helix & Co cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. We will always keep you updated and provide as much assistance as we can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating a lost or stolen package can be. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner it falls outside of our direct control — however we will always do our best to help.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact us at  contact@helixco.co.uk and we will look into it straight away. We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim as they will require information from you to begin the process. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout.

Please note that Helix & Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after handover to the courier. If the package cannot be located we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. In some cases we may also recommend filing a police report.
